Therapeutic Movement/Dance and Mindfulness-based Groups

Customized Therapeutic Groups for adults and young adults who are experiencing diverse challenges.

In a safe and supportive environment, participants use conscious movement/dance, music and other expressive arts. No experience is needed, all activities are gently guided where each person is invited to participate to their level of comfort.

Groups foster a space where participants feel nourished, rejuvenated and find joy. The goals are to increase self-esteem and self-love, decrease stress and build community.

  • 6-30 participants attending each session
  • 8 sessions, offered weekly, each session is 1 hour long OR as desired by the organization
