The guided journey weaves together 

Conscious Dance (with elements of Movement Medicine and other conscious dance practices), Dance/Movement Therapy,

Options to connect with your experience with drawing, journaling or other arts,

a Sharing Circle to listen and, if you are called, to share your experience with others





January 2026 Theme: Returning Home to our Embodied Selves

Mondays January 12 and 26*, 2026
7:00 - 8:30 pm
at Kula Annex; 304 Brunswick Avenue, 2nd Floor, Toronto
a couple of minutes walk from Bloor and Spadina

*Attending both workshops is recommended for most benefit,
you are also welcome to attend as you are able

Getting to the event requires walking up the stairs to the second floor of the building,
regretfully the building is not accessible. 

Space is limited, Registration is required. Register


Online over zoom: 
Wednesdays January 14 and 28, 2026
12-1:15 pm EST

What you will need: a good internet connection, computer or electronic device with a video camera, 
and a private space where you can easily take a few steps

Are you feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself?

The guided movement journeys to the home of your Embodied Being 

aim to support the nervous system in finding more rest, and to help us feel more grounded and centered

with embodiment practices and conscious dance.


The movement journey includes gently guided embodiment practices to support you in reconnecting with your body and finding more grounding, awareness of breath, presence, and connection with your deeper self and with life. 

It is an opportunity to let go of the busy mind, stress and arrive into the embodied present where you can find stillness, rejuvenation and connection with the wisdom within. It is a space to come into greater alignment with your Self and with Life. 

We journey together in a community of other like hearted movers. 

 

Suited for both people who are new to conscious dance and to experienced movers alike
