Stress Reduction with Mindfulness
Self-Care with Therapeutic Movement/Dance
Warm greetings. Workshops are customized to meet unique needs of the organization's staff, including college and university faculty and staff, health and mental health practitioners.
The workshops may create safe, non-judgmental and supportive space for participants to connect with themselves, each other, reduce stress and learn practical skills to take with them into their lives for increasing self awareness, cultivating self-compassion, greater body-mind connection, reducing stress, and cultivating more wellbeing in their lives.
Workshops combine gently guided mindfulness meditation or therapeutic movement/dance practices, psychoeducation, and interactive activities to foster connection and support.
Workshop content, duration and other details are customized to suit the needs of the participants.

Facilitated by Nadia Stolpner, MSW RSW. Nadia holds a Masters degree in Social Work and has been facilitating therapeutic movement, arts and mindfulness-based groups and workshops for 15 years.
